Pigeon Games is headquartered in Spain. We offer some of its products and services focused on video games.

This privacy policy describes the different ways in which we may collect, use and share information about, through or in connection with our servers or third parties. If you have any questions, you can always contact us.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

The types of information we collect depend on how you interact with us. Generally speaking, we collect information in three main ways: A) when you provide it to us, B) information we collect from other sources, and C) fraud prevention and anti-cheating.

          A. Information you provide

You may provide us with different types of information depending on how you interact with the Pigeon Game Services. Sometimes we will ask you to provide specific information, such as when we ask you to provide parts of the Pigeon Game Services (for example, by asking you to provide your date of birth or to complete an online registration process). If we ask you to provide information in these instances and you choose not to do so, you may not be able to access the relevant Services and/or some features may not work as intended.

  B. Information We Collect from Other Sources

In some cases, we may also receive information about you from service providers and third parties in connection with your use or interactions with us on other platforms.

         C. Fraud Prevention and Anti-Cheating

It is extremely important to us to provide users with a fair, balanced and competitive experience on the Pigeon Games Services. We strictly enforce prohibitions against cheating, hacking, account theft and any other unauthorized or fraudulent activity on the Pigeon Games Services. Conduct data analysis (such as analyzing how the Pigeon Games Services are used so that we can better understand, improve and customize them);

Protect the Pigeon Games Services, for example, by detecting fraud and otherwise protecting Pigeon Games and other users from illegal or harmful actions.

But please note that this privacy policy does not restrict our ability to process information that does not identify you individually, and we may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information for any reason permitted by law.

3. HOW DO WE SHARE INFORMATION?

We may share some of the information we collect to help operate and improve the Pigeon Games Services. Depending on how you interact with us, common examples may include sharing:

With console and platform partners (for example, to facilitate game play when you access the Pigeon Games Services through a third-party console provider);

With other users (e.g., if you use social features such as chat);

Publicly (e.g., your display name, content you create or share, basic game statistics and other similar information may generally be accessible to others);

With service providers operating on our behalf to help support the Pigeon Games Services in accordance with our instructions (e.g., cloud storage providers, payment processors or marketing and advertising partners);

When we believe we must do so to comply with the law or to protect you, Pigeon Games or others (for example, in response to a court order or subpoena, as part of an investigation of fraud or other illegal activity, or violation of our terms or policies, or if necessary to protect others from death or serious harm to body or property);

With your permission (for example, if you link external accounts to your Pigeon Games account, or use your Pigeon Games account to log in to third party games and services or participate in cross-promotional events).

Any cell phone number provided to Pigeon Games for security purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Third parties you interact with through the Pigeon Games Services may have different privacy practices than Pigeon Games, so we encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing your information with them.

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Pigeon Games Services are intended to be appropriate for general audiences and are not directed at children (typically considered to be under the age of 13, depending on where you reside). Pigeon Games does not intentionally collect personal information from children without seeking parental approval required under applicable legal and regulatory obligations, such as the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").

We may ask you to provide age-related information to help us comply with laws such as COPPA. For example, we may request your date of birth to determine whether COPPA requires us to obtain verifiable parental consent from your parent or guardian before allowing you to access the Pigeon Games Services. If a user indicates that they are a minor under COPPA, we will require them to complete a parental approval process before continuing to access the relevant Pigeon Games Services. This process is designed to notify parents that their child has requested access to the Pigeon Games Services, inform them of Pigeon Games' privacy practices, provide them with an opportunity to approve Pigeon Games' collection and use of their child's information as described in this policy, and describe the controls we make available to them.
